Shift Lead

Seeking a Part-Time Shift Lead in Tracy, CA for a long-term, temp-to-hire role. The position involves providing direction and encouragement to a team of 15-20 material handlers in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities include ensuring safety, cleanliness, meeting hourly deadlines, and supporting associate development. The role is Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with a pay rate of $25.00 per hour. Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with RF scanners.
