In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and providing top-tier customer service. Key tasks include developing sales strategies, managing existing accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and offering tailored solutions. Collaboration with other teams to meet sales goals and reporting on sales performance are integral parts of this position.QualificationsProven experience in Sales and Lead Generation, with a strong ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunitiesProficiency in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on building long-term relationshipsAccount Management skills to oversee client accounts and ensure their ongoing successExcellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently while achieving both personal and team sales targetsPrevious experience in MRO or a related distribution industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredProficiency in CRM tools and other sales software is advantageous
