Host/Server

Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a prompt manner - Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service - Assist with food preparation and sanitation tasks as needed - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Bus tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area Skills: - Strong guest relations skills with a friendly and outgoing personality - Ability to perform basic math calculations for order totals and cash handling - Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members - Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order taking and delivery - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude - Strong hospitality mindset to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests Note: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
