This is a full-time, permanent position based in the United States, primarily supporting US-based staff during standard business hours. The role involves serving as the initial point of contact for a wide range of technical issues, including hardware, software, connectivity, and account access. The analyst will focus on delivering reliable, prompt, and professional assistance to ensure minimal disruption to daily operations. Key responsibilities include desk-side support, remote troubleshooting, user account management, and supporting Microsoft 365 applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent customer service orientation, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth within a collaborative team dedicated to technological excellence and user satisfaction.QualificationsCandidates should possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) user and group administration, along with familiarity with Exchange Online management. A solid understanding of Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive is essential. Prior experience with endpoint management tools like Intune is preferred. Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows devices, mobile devices, and common business applications are required. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-focused mindset. Basic networking knowledge, including Wi-Fi and VPN troubleshooting, is advantageous. The role requires the ability to work independently and within a small team, managing multiple incidents throughout the day. Prior exposure to business application support (ERP, CRM, or similar systems) is a plus. A proactive attitude towards learning new IT areas such as networking, infrastructure, or application support is encouraged. Educational requirements typically include a relevant technical certification or an equivalent combination of education and experience.ResponsibilitiesThe IT Support Analyst will be responsible for responding to end-user support requests via ticketing systems, phone, or in-person interactions. Providing desk-side assistance to US-based employees with hardware, software, and connectivity issues is a core function. The analyst will also support remote users across different regions, troubleshooting and resolving technical incidents efficiently. Managing user accounts, group memberships, and access permissions within Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) forms a key part of daily tasks, along with performing basic Exchange Online administration, including mailbox permissions and distribution list updates. The role involves fulfilling standard IT service requests, such as software access, equipment provisioning, and mailbox management. Supporting Microsoft 365 applications for end users, including account setup, troubleshooting, and user onboarding or offboarding, is essential. The analyst will reset passwords, manage multi-factor authentication (MFA), and assist with account lockouts. Device setup, software installation, and basic imaging are part of the responsibilities. Escalating complex infrastructure, network, or application issues to senior IT staff or external vendors is necessary when required. Maintaining comprehensive documentation of common issues, resolutions, and user guides in the knowledge base is vital for ongoing support.
