In this role, you'll be instrumental in designing and implementing high-performance, distributed systems that enable AI execution on local infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect and develop scalable, efficient systems for distributed AI executionLead the design and implementation of core libraries and frameworks in Rust, Python, and GoCollaborate with AI and systems teams to optimize AI model deployment on diverse local infrastructuresMentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical direction of the companyEnsure code quality, performance, and reliability through rigorous testing and code reviewsRequirements8+ years of professional software engineering experienceExpert-level proficiency in Rust and strong skills in Python and GoDeep understanding of distributed systems, concurrent programming, and network protocolsExperience with AI/ML frameworks and deployment pipelinesStrong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize complex systemsExcellent communication skills and experience leading technical projectsPreferred QualificationsContributions to open-source projects, especially in the AI or distributed systems spaceExperience with edge computing or on-device AI deploymentFamiliarity with WebAssembly and its ecosystemKnowledge of cryptography and privacy-preserving technologies Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits package.$200/mos Health and Wellness Stipend$400/year Continuing Education CreditFlexible work weekFree parking, for in-office employeesUnlimited PTOParental, Bereavement LeaveSupplemental Life Insurance
