In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for all positions within our company, as well as providing general HR support to our team.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the company
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and extending offers
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best recruitment practices
Conduct reference and background checks for potential candidates
Maintain and update job descriptions and job postings on company website and job boards
Coordinate and attend job fairs and other recruitment events
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation and completing necessary paperwork
Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
Assist with performance management and employee relations issues as needed
Stay current on HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Qualifications Associates or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and HR generalist functions
Familiarity with various recruitment methods and tools, including social media and job boards
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Passion for sports and knowledge of the industry is a plus

Competitive Pay Rate: $40–$60/hr based on experience and performance
