Lead Commercial Electrician.

We're currently seeking an experienced Lead Electrician to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in doing the job right, mentoring others, and upholding high standards on every project. Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee electrical installations on commercial and multifamily construction projects Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure proper layout and installation Supervise and support journeymen, apprentices, and helpers on site Ensure all work is completed in accordance with local and national electrical codes Maintain a strong focus on jobsite safety, quality, and efficiency Communicate effectively with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of NEC and local codes Ability to read and interpret construction documents Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Florida journeyman or master electrician license (preferred) We Also Offer A Full Benefits Package That Includes:Health Insurance - 4 different plans to choose from Dental/Vision/Life 401K Matching Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Employee Referral Program Physical Requirements:Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb as needed during the workday. Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to safely navigate construction sites, including uneven surfaces and ladders. Must be able to use hand tools and power tools required for electrical tasks. Ability to wear required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, boots, etc.). Must be able to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
