Barri Financial Group - Sales associates are the primary customer-facing personnel who provide fast, efficient, and professional service while accurately managing transactions. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service while accurately managing transactions such as wires, check cashing, loans, money orders, bill payments, and top-ups, lottery tickets and online sales. The Sales Associate is responsible for handling and balancing cash drawers, maintaining confidentiality of customer information, and ensuring compliance with company, state, and federal regulations. Additionally, this position identifies cross-selling opportunities, provides prompt and professional assistance with customer inquiries, and proactively enhances the company's acceptance and branding in the market.KEY REQUIREMENTS:Minimum experience and requirements:High School Diploma or GED.Must speak Spanish fluently and at least basic English communication.Ability using computer's keyboard (letters and numbers) and computer mouse.Detail oriented especially when reading, writing, and counting numbers and currency.KEY COMPETENCIES:You will be responsible for driving the results and development of the organization. It is expected that the noise level in commercial locations is at a moderate level.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Transaction ProcessingWires, cash checks, loans, and sell various company products like money orders, bill payments, lottery tickets and online sales, top- ups and reloads.Customer ServiceServe as the first point of contact for customers, answer questions, and direct them to the appropriate for their needs.Cash ManagementEach shift associate must count and balance cash drawers, verify balance with the system, and handle cash responsibly to prevent errors and maintain accuracy. Process deposits from and to the bank. Handling of cash received and delivering by agents.Cross-SellingIdentify and recommend additional company products and services that meet customer needs, cross-selling focused on meeting goals.
