Sr. IT System Engineer

Job Description We are seeking a Sr. IT System Engineer to join our global Applications and Endpoint delivery team where they manage solutions and configuration of Horizon, RDS, Published applications, Client desktop-VDI OS and applications. The team also supports client file/print services infrastructures and Mobile MDM services through Intune. Candidate having a background in Citrix or Azure AVD is also desirable.You will work independently on high-level assignments and strategic initiatives, providing necessary details for successful implementation. Sr. IT System Engineer will identify gaps in processes and technologies, research potential solutions, and are recognized as technical experts in their areas. You can lead small project teams, collaborate with business key users and IT teams to accomplish tasks, resolve issues, and test changes or new solutions.Location - Charlotte, NCHybrid 2 days in office per weekTravel - 2 - 4 times a year, 1 week of travel at a time.
