Position SummarySCT is seeking an Administrative Analyst to provide direct support to our team within a national security mission organization. This role provides a combination of administrative operations support, program coordination, and analytical support.
This position is full-time onsite within a secure environment and requires strict adherence to classification, security and information sharing protocols. The role operates in a highly structured, compliance-driven environment and requires daily interaction with classified systems, document repositories, and visit management platforms.
Core ResponsibilitiesManaging visitor requests and coordinating secure visit access across multiple visit management systems
Logging, reconciling, and maintaining visit requests and visit reports in multiple enterprise tracking systems on a continuous basis
Processing physical mail and supporting office operations
Coordinating facility support services as needed
Tracking documentation and information exchanges in multiple systems
Maintaining document repositories and supporting classified records management processes
Uploading, archiving, and reconciling classified visit reports and related documentation in accordance with established procedures
Monitoring action items, information requests, and taskings
Reviewing compliance trackers for missing or late documentation and conducting follow-up with stakeholders
Supporting internal coordination across multiple program stakeholders
Assisting with the preparation and tracking of program documentation and reports
Collecting, preparing, and presenting weekly administrative metrics to leadership
Conducting basic research and data tracking to support program activities
Supporting document review and quality control activities
Scanning, tracking, and updating status of classified documents, including lifecycle management and destruction status updates
Maintaining required physical security documentation and supporting SCIF administrative compliance requirements
Operating within a rotational task structure to ensure continuity of mission support and shared workload management
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited university
2+ years of experience supporting classified environments, defense, or national security organizations preferred
US government security clearance, completed T5 investigation for DOE, and drug test required
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and enterprise systems
Experience maintaining trackers and reconciling data across multiple systems
Experience supporting classified visit management, access control systems, or document control processes
Ability to interact professionally with clients
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Ability to operate independently in a highly regulated environment with minimal oversight
