Key Responsibilities:Read, understand, and follow work instructions, SOPs, and engineering drawingsExecute daily production plans to meet quality and delivery targetsPerform assembly and testing tasks as per standard proceduresAlign, calibrate, and test components of varying complexityTroubleshoot production issues and escalate when necessaryMaintain accurate production records and documentationEnsure compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), GMP, and ISO standardsSupport continuous improvement initiatives and recommend process enhancementsMaintain a safe and clean work environmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve qualityTrain new team members on processes and equipment as neededPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 80% of the shift)Frequent bending, kneeling, lifting, and reachingAbility to lift up to 30 lbs using proper techniquesAbility to perform repetitive assembly tasksPreferred Qualifications:Experience in regulated environments (FDA, GMP, ISO)Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
