We want to acquire team members who take pride in their work, who want to learn and grow and who come to work every day ready to win for our customers and the team.Position:We are currently seeking full-time General Laborer / Mitigation Tech-in-Training to join our team.Basic Job Duties:Perform water extraction and mitigation, mold, and fire remediationPerform demolition and deconstruction of affected materialsDetailed cleanup and removal of debris or contaminated materialsProperly setup drying equipmentComplete all necessary documentation to include daily progress reports, moisture logs, and diagramsCoordinate with Project Manager and other technicians regarding job status and responsibilitiesMaintain professional communication with clientsAdhere to all Company safety policies and procedures and work practicesPerform other duties as they become necessaryJob RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs, and move large equipment in and out of trucks and homes/buildingsAbility to stand and work for prolonged periods throughout the dayAbility to bend at the knees and waist in a safe mannerMinimum Experience RequirementsConstruction experience a plusValid driver's license and in good standingMinimum Education Requirements:High School Diploma/GED equivalentAvailability:Monday-Friday (Days and Nights)Weekends/HolidaysRotating on-callStarting pay $20 an hour, depending on experienceAll offers of employment are contingent on passing a drug and background screen.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
