New York Licensed Contracts Attorney

A company is looking for a NY Barred Contracts Attorney (temporary). Key Responsibilities Advise on and draft, review, and negotiate subrecipient agreements and contracts related to federal/state/local grants Draft, review, redline, and negotiate commercial contracts and vendor agreements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements Conduct regulatory research and draft legal memoranda Qualifications and Experience Member of the New York bar in good standing (or eligible for immediate membership) Ability to work remotely and reside within commuting distance of Lower Manhattan 3+ years' experience working in-house, at a law firm, or government agency Expertise in federal grants (especially HHS) and government contracting (Uniform Guidance/2 CFR 200, NY State contracting requirements) Familiarity with MS Office suite
