We offer neurological consultations, diagnostic evaluations, individualized treatment planning, neuro-rehabilitation coordination, and multidisciplinary care to support patients throughout their recovery journey.Position OverviewSynapseTBI is seeking a Telehealth Neurologist licensed in Texas to provide remote neurological consultations and clinical oversight for patients with traumatic brain injuries and related neurological conditions. This role focuses on virtual patient evaluations, diagnostic review, and development of individualized treatment plans while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team involved in rehabilitation and recovery.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct telehealth neurological consultations for patients with TBI and post-concussion syndromeReview and interpret medical records, neuroimaging, and diagnostic testsDevelop individualized neurological treatment plans and clinical recommendationsCollaborate with multidisciplinary providers including rehabilitation specialists, psychologists, and therapistsMaintain accurate clinical documentation and follow evidence-based TBI protocolsQualificationsBoard Certified or Board Eligible NeurologistActive and unrestricted Texas medical license required**Multi-state licensure preferredExperience with traumatic brain injury, concussion, or post-concussion syndrome preferredComfort conducting virtual patient evaluations via telemedicine platformsStrong clinical communication and collaborative care skills
