This person must have experience managing and selling within a technology or professional services staffing environment!Responsibilities:Mentor, coach, develop and manage sales team to bring in new clients, grow current client accounts, and generate revenueShape the culture of the sales organization to create a winning environment for our teamDetermine client targets, generate sales leads and lead the effort to cultivate those targets into clients for team in both mid-market and enterprise accountsLead by example by selling and carrying “a bag” while managing and developing the teamPartner with the recruiting team and team leaders to ensure we deliver high quality talent to our clients.Serve as the point of escalation for assigned team regarding client needs, consultant issues, and internal obstaclesLead branch team by training, motivating, mentoring, and managing to attain financial goals, including gross margin growthManage staff to perform metrics identified by MMI Leadership.Hire high-performing salespeople according to company values and methodology.Work with Training Department to design and implement an effective sales training program for sales teamWork with Executive Leadership to generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives.Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis.Regular 1:1 coaching, ongoing training, and quarterly formal reviews for junior sales reps on your team Experience Required:Minimum three to five years growing a book of business as a top sales team producer and experience managing/coaching sales teams for both experienced and junior level membersQuantified success with mentoring junior account managers to success in past rolesStrong communication and organizational skills that will help team maintain a level of activity which includes prospecting, scheduling client meetings, pipelining qualified requirements and generating revenueProven track record of exceeding target goals while in a production or management roleA Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Sales, or related fieldsStrong work ethic motivated by results
