Property Photography Ownership (Primary Focus)Own the end-to-end coordination of property photography across the portfolioEnsure all properties have complete, current, and high-quality image sets that support booking conversionTrack photography status across properties, identifying gaps, outdated imagery, or missing assets Photography & Asset CoordinationCoordinate hotel photography needs including scheduling, tracking, and asset collectionPartner with internal teams and vendors to ensure photography meets brand standards, timelines, and business needsManage intake, organization, and readiness of all incoming photo and video assets Digital Asset ManagementManage and maintain Red Roof's digital asset library, including photo, video, and collateral assetsEnsure assets are properly tagged, organized, and accessible for internal teamsAudit and troubleshoot asset issues, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms Brand Standards & Quality ControlSupport the execution and consistency of Red Roof brand standards across marketing materials and digital channelsReview hotel photography and marketing collateral to ensure alignment with brand guidelines before approval routingAssist in reinforcing brand standards with internal teams and franchise partners CMS & Website SupportExecute content updates within the CMS, including uploading images and updating page contentSupport website content accuracy and alignment with brand standards Marketing Collateral & Content SupportSupport the development, updates, and execution of marketing collateral for brand and sales initiativesAssist with basic copywriting, proofreading, and editing of marketing materialsHelp maintain consistency across web pages, collateral, and other brand communications Project Coordination & ExecutionSupport the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across the teamCoordinate timelines, deliverables, and feedback across internal stakeholdersAssist in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Sales, Operations, Revenue Management, Distribution, and Franchise teams to support marketing needsRespond to internal and external marketing requests within established timelinesEscalate issues or inconsistencies when needed Documentation & Process SupportMaintain internal documentation for brand standards, workflows, and processesHelp improve efficiency by identifying gaps or inconsistencies in current processes What This Role Is This role focuses on execution and coordination of marketing assets, with a primary emphasis on property photography.
