Architect/Project Manager Commercial/Industrial

Architect/Project ManagerEngineering firm looking to add Architect/Project Manager with Commercial/Industrial experience to their team! Responsibilities: Outline project approach and assist with developing fees for project proposals Lead programming efforts with a focus on customer service Lead architecture design while working with internal design teams to develop innovative/functional designs Mentor/train junior staff Identify potential risks and look for alternative strategies to mitigate them Ensure projects comply with local building codes and zoning regulations Incorporate best practices Handle construction administration, contractor questions, and RFI responses Develop construction documents/specifications for commercial projects (industrial, warehouse, data center or distribution center projects) Work directly with the client providing timely updates on project status and discussing project scope Coordinate with internal teams, including project planning, scheduling, and tracking Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture 8+ years of commercial architecture Knowledgeable in code/materials and methods commonly used in the industrial, manufacturing, and distribution center projects Experience with specification writing Construction administration experience Valid Driver's License is required Salary is commensurate with experience.
