Project Manager, Operations Field National Accounts

The Project Manager is responsible for managing elevator service, modernization, and/or repair projects. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and consistent with Elevated's service standards. Key Responsibilities Project Execution & DeliveryManage full project lifecycle (post award → execution → closeout)Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety standardsCoordinate field operations, subcontractors, and techniciansMonitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plansLead project communications, reporting, and performance reviews with clients Financial & Operational OversightManage project budgets, cost tracking, and forecastingOversee billing, change orders, and margin performance Cross-Functional CoordinationPartner with Sales, Branch Operations, and Field TeamsAlign with internal stakeholders to resource projects effectively Compliance & SafetyEnsure compliance with OSHA, elevator codes, and company safety standardsMaintain documentation, reporting, and audit readiness Qualifications Required:3+ years of project management experience (construction, MEP, elevator, or field services)Strong financial acumen (budgeting, cost control, forecasting) Preferred:Elevator industry experiencePMP or equivalent project certificationExperience with service + modernization project mix Core CompetenciesClient relationship managementField leadership & coordinationRisk management & execution disciplineStrong communication across office + field levels Elevated is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
