Jarvis ML's team has more than 50+ years of combined machine learning experience and is funded by Dell Technologies Capital, SHAKTI and more than a dozen veteran Silicon Valley technologists and business leaders.We're looking for a qualified Solutions Engineer to oversee and address our customers' technical needs. You will provide accurate, professional service before and after the point of sale, ensuring customer satisfaction.As a Solutions Engineer, you should be a tech-savvy professional, able to explain technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience. You should also be results-driven and aspire to reach clear goals.Ultimately, you'll be tasked with providing technical, product, and business knowledge to support the sales process and strengthen customer relationships.Solutions Engineer ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for customers to support pre-sales and post-sales processesAddress all product-related queries on timeTrain customers to use products successfullyGive developers with clients' feedback to help identify potential new features or productsReport on product performanceIdentify solutions to reduce support costsAnalyze customers' needs and recommend upgrades or additional features to meet their requirementsCommunicate with the sales department to win new business and increase salesBuild best practicesKeep track of sales performance metricsSolutions Engineer Requirements3+ years work experience as a Technical account manager and/or Solutions Engineer for a enterprise-grade SaaS product - bonus if it's in the eCommerce spaceSolid technical background with hands-on expertise in digital technologiesFamiliarity with software and front-end developmentThe ability to understand customers' needs and suggest timely solutionsOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsBSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field
