Key Responsibilities Operate tugger equipment and material handling vehicles safely and efficiently. Collect, transport, and dispose of trash and recyclable materials throughout the facility. Perform duties as a Forklift Operator / Tugger Operator / Material Handler while adhering to all safety standards and company policies. Move materials to designated recycling and processing locations. Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of equipment and report any maintenance concerns. Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas. Follow all PPE requirements and workplace safety procedures. Communicate professionally with supervisors, team members, and facility personnel. Participate in required training programs and team meetings. Assist with additional warehouse and material handling tasks as assigned. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Push and pull carts weighing up to 300 pounds. Work comfortably in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment. Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed. Qualifications Required Valid photo identification. Must be eligible to obtain a facility access badge. Strong commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to follow procedures and work independently. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Previous experience as a Forklift Operator, Tugger Operator, Material Handler, Warehouse Associate, or in a manufacturing environment. Experience operating forklifts, tuggers, or other industrial equipment. Material handling and logistics experience in a production setting.
