This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting others, and keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced office environment.At Home Instead, we provide compassionate care to aging adults while supporting the Care Pros who make it possible. In this position, you’ll play a key role in recruiting and onboarding caregivers, maintaining office operations, and helping create an exceptional experience for clients and employees alike.What You’ll DoRecruitment & EngagementRespond to employment inquiries in a friendly and professional mannerManage job postings and recruitment adsSchedule and conduct applicant interviewsComplete reference checks, background checks, motor vehicle checks, and drug screensManage candidates through the hiring pipeline and maintain accurate applicant recordsPrepare new hires for orientation and ensure access to all necessary systemsConduct orientations and required training sessionsMaintain employee records, availability, and benefit enrollment informationLead onboarding touchpoints and employee engagement effortsCelebrate birthdays, anniversaries, and other milestonesConduct annual reviews, supervision visits, and performance conversationsComplete exit interviews and identify trends for improvementOffice CoordinationGreet visitors warmly and professionallyAnswer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriatelyAssist potential clients by scheduling consultations and gathering informationMaintain accurate client and caregiver records in our operating systemCoordinate caregiver/client introductionsCommunicate concerns or issues to the appropriate team membersHelp ensure continuity of care during staffing gapsOrder and stock office suppliesAssist with mail, filing, and general office organizationParticipate in on-call rotation as scheduledSupport community outreach and local networking effortsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong communication and customer service skillsExcellent organization and attention to detailAbility to multitask and adapt in a changing environmentProfessional, dependable, and team-oriented mindsetComfortable with technology and data entry systemsPrevious recruiting, office administration, healthcare, or customer service experience preferredPassion for helping others and supporting seniors in our communityBenefitsBCBS Health InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Aflac401(k)Tapcheck- paycheck advancementWhy Home Instead?At Home Instead, the work you do matters.
