Mobile Service Coordinator

Position OverviewThere is an opportunity to begin a career at the best dealership group in New England! Quirk's Commercial Truck Center in Quincy, MA is seeking an experienced Mobile Service Coordinator for our busy Mobile Service Department. Quirk has opportunities for inspired and motivated individuals who have the desire and passion to succeed. Compensation will be based on experience, however, we are always willing to train the right candidate!Key Required Proficiencies:Scheduling and coordinating mobile service appointments with customersWriting Repair Orders and explaining chargesPerforming vehicle walk around and documentation of customer concernsProviding a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and partsChecking the progress of repair throughout the dayContacting customers regarding any changes in the estimate or time impactsMaintaining strong customer satisfactionAdvising customers on the care of their trucks and the value of maintaining their trucks in accordance with the manufacturer's specificationsFollowing all Quirk safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisorPreferred Skills:Prior sales experience preferred but not requiredHigh School Diploma or College Degree preferred but not requiredExperience in managing and organizing work time and work-related activitiesExcellent interpersonal skillsMust demonstrate a positive attitude and strong willingness to learnBenefits offered:Health, Dental/Vision, 401K, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance and Critical Illness Insurance.
