DescriptionPosition Overview:CJ Logistics America is looking for key leaders to support our growth across the country. We are looking for leaders who enjoy working in a fast paced dynamic environment. Key leaders will have P&L responsibility for one or more distribution centers across the country. In this role, you will lead and develop a team of salaried and hourly talent. You will be responsible for engaging your teams to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. To achieve this, managers are expected to provide their team with the tools needed for success while driving improvements in productivity and efficiency through data driven decisions and analytical problem-solving. You will also play a key role in maintaining our customer expectations to ensure customer orders are delivered at the right time, to the right location.Position ResponsibilitiesSupport, mentor, and motivate managers to drive the success of the teamLead customer relationship through close daily contact and ensure relationship is strongConnect employees to the building awareness around KPIs, contractual inputs, and budget commitmentsDrive cost-reduction initiatives and continuous improvement activityMaintain a safe, secure, and productive work environment through self-audit, building maintenance, and regulatory complianceCollaborate with all support teams to develop plans to meet business objectiveLead large-scope projects with site and regional impactConnect with the hourly workforce and maintain high moralPartner with leadership to coordinate supplies ordering and maintenance schedulesLead and engage in site activities and ESG eventsLead and participate in site management meetings and employee round tablesPartner with finance to review monthly financialsHold monthly safety meetings with the safety committeeParticipate and assist in completion of inventory and quality auditsSalary range: $130,000 - $160,000Qualifications and RequirementsBachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferredProven successful track record in supply chain managementMinimum of 5 years managerial experienceStrong leadership skills with the knowledge of all warehouse operationsCustomer focused with strong customer interaction capabilitiesStrong planning, organizational, communications, and interpersonal skillsPay, Payroll and More:Full health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), 401(k), Life insurance, tuition assistance, PTO, and MORE!Growing company with a performance record that continues to climb!Open-door work environmentHigh-Performance culture with a focus on a growth mindset where continuous improvement is embracedOpportunities for advancement!CJ Logistics America About Statement:CJ Logistics delivers integrated and multimodal logistics services, connecting every corner of the world via air, sea, and land.
