Overview Join to apply for the Solutions Consultant role at Salvus TG now known as The Purple Guys, an Ntiva CompanyNote: This is an evergreen posting; applications are accepted on an ongoing basis and reviewed as positions become available.What You'll Be Doing Successfully secure new-logo business consisting of annuity-based managed IT services agreements.Design and execute a cohesive sales strategy with a multi-faceted prospecting plan, including cold calling, targeted emailing, leveraging personal contacts, and following up on company-generated leads to drive new opportunities and exceed sales targets.Build and maintain a robust network of sources to generate new sales leads by traveling within the territory, attending industry events, conferences, and tradeshows.Engage with prospective clients and actively participate in local trade and business associations to cultivate meaningful business opportunities.Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify customer pain points and requirements related to the management of the client's IT environment.Deliver impactful presentations and tailored proposals that address client needs, objections, and emphasize financial justifications and service enhancements to maximize revenue and secure business for Ntiva.Participate in weekly sales meetings, provide accurate sales pipeline forecasts and updates, and keep management informed of account plans based on client conditions and schedules.Communicate effectively with all levels of business both verbally and in writing.Partner with other departments and resources to develop business-relevant solutions for complex opportunities.Input and manage all sales opportunities through internal systems, maintaining accurate account records in the CRM.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by reviewing publications and participating in vendor-sponsored certifications or educational initiatives.Maintain responsive and exceptional customer service.You'll be successful in this role if you have A Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS)5+ years of IT sales/business development experience with cloud/software and/or technology security services3+ years focusing on solution selling in managed servicesProven track record of meeting or exceeding quotaAbility to understand customer business challenges and design tailored IT solutionsStrong aptitude for engaging and selling to SMB owners and executive-level decision-makersAbility to quickly learn and adapt to new technology products and servicesOutstanding prospecting and consultative selling skillsExperience managing a sales pipeline, forecasting revenue, and closing opportunitiesExcellent presentation and negotiation abilitiesStrong organizational and time management skillsCompetitive, self-motivated attitude with adaptability in a dynamic environmentCollaborative, team-oriented approachExperience with CRM and quoting systemsWillingness to travel for customer meetings or corporate events as neededRequired Language Skills Ability to communicate professionally in English, both written and spokenAbility to write business correspondence and process proceduresAbility to present information clearly to groups of managers, clients, and the publicBonus points for Project management skills; certifications in this area are a plusExperience with ConnectWise, HubSpot, ZoomInfoMaster's degree or MBABenefits And Perks Medical, Dental and Vision coverage for employee and family401k with company-matched contributions (4% match on 5% contribution) — no vesting period; contributions after 90 daysGroup Term Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage (company provided)Short-Term and Long-Term Disability coverage (company provided)Health Savings Account (HSA) options / PPO optionsEmployee Assistance ProgramPTO + Volunteer Time Off (VTO) + 8 Paid Holidays + 3 Floating HolidaysEducation Reimbursement ProgramGenerous Employee Referral ProgramDynamic Recognition and RewardsClear Promotion and Advancement TracksWork with Industry-Leading TalentFLSA Status: Salaried, ExemptWork Authorization Criteria We welcome applicants who are legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
