Strong knowledge of Federal and State employment regulations as well as organizational Policies and Procedures required. Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills required. Ability to prioritize work and multi-task is essential. Must have strong problem-solving skills, and a customer service orientation is critical, with demonstrated flexibility in work responsibilities and style to meet key customer/client needs. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and advanced computer skills required. Vaccine administration preferred. Workman’s compensation case management preferred.
