This role drives safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing operations while embedding continuous improvement and operational discipline. Success is measured by consistent delivery of quality products, strong safety performance, and engaged team members.Primary ResponsibilitiesLead and model safety-first behaviors to achieve zero-injury performanceEnsure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulationsCoach teams in hazard recognition, 5S, and housekeeping standardsDrive operational performance to meet quality, cost, and delivery targetsDevelop and mentor shift employees through regular feedback and trainingUse data and management systems to monitor and improve shift performanceCoordinate across shifts and functions to maintain workflow continuitySupport site and company strategies through disciplined executionMinimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED4+ years of manufacturing experience in shift-based operations1–3 years of people leadership experienceProficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookPreferred RequirementsAssociate or bachelor’s degreeLean or Six Sigma Green Belt certificationHands-on experience with continuous improvement tools (e.g., 5S, DMAIC)Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.The salary for this role is $85,000/yr+ based on experience.In addition to your salary, H.B.
