Event Bartender

Job Summary: Our Event Bartenders are an essential part of ensuring that our guest experience is a memorable one by providing exceptional service to all of our guests. Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving inspired drinks while delivering distinctive experiences for guests. You are the charming individual that impresses guests with your beverage expertise and techniques in an unmatched, expertly maintained atmosphere. Candidates must have a friendly and professional demeanor, work well on a team, and be comfortable on their feet for several hours at a time. Duties/Responsibilities: Responsible for helping to set up, run, and break down bars at events Ensure the bar is stocked with all necessary supplies and equipment based on the event Prepare and serve liquor, mixed drinks, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic drinks for event patrons Assess bar customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Maintain the bar and keep it clean and organized Comply with all food and beverage regulations Required Skills/Abilities: Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system. Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks. Working knowledge of the proper operation of all bar equipment. Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations. Working knowledge of standard cash handling procedures. Current State Food Handler's License and State Mixologist Permit required. Education and Experience: At least one year of related education, training and/or experience. Extensive knowledge of drink preparation or service. Excellent interpersonal skills and focus on serving customers. Ability to learn cash register software used by bar or restaurant. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
