Founding B2B Sales Lead / Account Executive
FYT AI is a new health AI startup based in Dallas, Texas. We are currently building the Universal Fitness Score.A 7-minute, AI-verified functional fitness test that gives people a 0–1000 FYT Score adjusted for age and gender. For gyms and trainers, FYT turns fitness into something members can measure, improve, compete on, and come back to retest.We’re looking for a founding B2B sales lead to help bring FYT into gyms, training studios, fitness clubs, and fitness communities.This is not a polished enterprise sales role with a finished playbook. This is a founder-style sales role.You’ll help us figure out who buys, what message converts, what pilot structure works, and how to turn local gym interest into repeatable revenue.What you’ll doSell FYT pilots to gyms, studios, trainers, and fitness organizationsProspect through cold outreach, LinkedIn, calls, local visits, referrals, and fitness community relationshipsBook meetings, run demos, manage follow-up, and close pilot agreementsVisit gyms in person when needed to build trust and get pilots movingHelp shape the sales script, pricing, objections, buyer segments, and B2B playbookWork directly with the founder on positioning, customer feedback, and expansion strategyIdentify partnerships with gym owners, trainers, fitness creators, events, and local communitiesWho this is forYou are comfortable selling something new before the market fully understands itYou can create pipeline without waiting for inbound leadsYou can walk into a gym, talk to the owner, and create interest quicklyYou follow up aggressively without needing to be managedYou care about fitness, health, performance, or local business growthYou want upside from helping build the sales motion earlyIdeal background2–6+ years in B2B sales, partnerships, account executive, local business sales, gym sales, SaaS sales, or fitness industry salesExisting relationships with gym owners, trainers, studios, or wellness businesses are a strong plusExperience selling pilots, local services, software, memberships, sponsorships, or fitness products is valuableDallas-based preferred; US-based requiredCompensation$50k–$80k base + commission.Expected OTE: $90k–$140k+, depending on experience, structure, and performance.Open to full-time, part-time, or contract-to-full-time depending on fit.Why this role mattersMost fitness products track workouts.FYT measures fitness.Our goal is to help gyms increase member engagement, trainer conversion, challenges, retention, and community through a simple, repeatable fitness score.If you know how to sell, like fitness, and want to help build a new category from the ground up, message me directly.
