Strategic Program / Project Manager (Healthcare Technology Ecosystems)Pay Range: $90/hour to $110/hour We are seeking a Strategic Program / Project Manager with deep experience navigating complex healthcare technology ecosystems. This role is ideal for a program leader who understands the unique challenges of healthcare environments and can drive alignment across clinical systems, enterprise platforms, and vendor solutions.You will lead high-impact initiatives that span clinical, operational, financial, and IT domains—ensuring seamless coordination across a highly integrated, matrixed healthcare organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage strategic programs across complex healthcare technology environments, including clinical and enterprise systemsCoordinate delivery across platforms such as EHRs, revenue cycle systems, and third-party vendor solutionsPartner with IT, clinical leadership, application owners, and technical subject matter experts to align priorities and executionIdentify, manage, and communicate interdependencies across clinical, operational, financial, and technology workstreamsDrive program governance, risk management, and executive-level reportingEnsure initiatives meet regulatory, compliance, and patient care standardsSupport change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and workflowsRequired QualificationsProven experience managing large-scale programs or projects within healthcare technology environmentsStrong understanding of integrated healthcare systems, including clinical applications (e.g., EHRs) and enterprise platformsExperience working with vendor-supported healthcare solutions and managing cross-system dependenciesDemonstrated ability to collaborate with both technical teams and clinical stakeholdersExperience operating within large, matrixed healthcare organizationsPreferred ExperienceFamiliarity with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, data privacy, interoperability)Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives in healthcare settingsExposure to clinical workflows, patient care systems, and revenue cycle operationsKey SkillsStrong stakeholder management and executive communication skillsAbility to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity across complex initiativesExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilitiesProven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams
