What you’ll do Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to uphold our exceptional hospitality standards. Execute floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to ensure safe and pristine walking surfaces. Manage laundry services by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels with care. Collaborate with the housekeeping management team to develop efficient cleaning schedules and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies. Conduct inspections of rooms and common areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries or requests promptly and courteously. Adhere to health and safety regulations while using cleaning chemicals and equipment responsibly. Basic qualifications Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles, preferably within the hospitality industry. Preferred qualifications Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices. Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to ensure thorough cleaning processes. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
