The product is live, the traction is real, and the engineering team is growing fast.Who you are2 or more years of experience shipping products in a startup or high-growth environmentProficient in Python and SQL with solid REST API experience and the ability to move up the stack in TypeScript, React, and Node.js when neededHands-on experience with prompt engineering, debugging LLM tool calls, and managing agentic workflows in production. This is non-negotiableComfortable debugging APIs and tracing issues through logsHighly customer-focused, adaptable, and able to operate without heavy structure or a defined playbookBonus: experience with enterprise platforms such as CRM or field service management toolsResponsibilitiesSpend significant time onsite with enterprise customers across North America applying AI in real-world operational settingsOwn customer relationships end to end, working closely with senior stakeholders and internal go-to-market teamsDesign and deliver solutions integrating AI systems into core platforms such as CRM, field service, and marketing toolsLead technical delivery from initial scoping through deployment, adoption, and expansionDebug prompt failures, trace tool call issues, and optimise agentic workflows in live environmentsFeed field insights directly back to product and engineering to shape the roadmapWhy this roleYou will own accounts from day 30 and have real impact from day one.
