This continued recognition further affirms Baylor as a rewarding place to build a career.What We're Looking ForThis part-time Administrative Associate provides high-level administrative support within the Dean's Suite of the Hankamer School of Business, with primary responsibility to the Associate Dean for Faculty Excellence while also supporting the broader operational needs of the office. The role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to coordinate complex schedules, manage correspondence, and assist with faculty-related initiatives and projects. In addition, the position serves as a key support to the dean's assistant and contributes to the day-to-day operations of the Dean's Suite by managing a variety of administrative tasks with discretion, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring professionalism in all interactions with faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic academic environment.An Associate degree and one year of relevant experience are required. A bachelors degree and three years of relevant experience is preferred.
