Senior Project Coordinator - 100% Remote

Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager (Contract) 100% Remote *Must be W2 without sponsorship needs We are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support delivery teams by managing project administration, coordination, and documentation across multiple initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who excels at keeping projects structured, on track, and well-communicated, without owning full project leadership responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update project plans, timelines, and tracking tools Own and manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) Coordinate and schedule recurring project meetings and working sessions Facilitate meetings, capture detailed notes, and distribute clear recaps with action items Track action items and follow up with stakeholders to ensure progress Maintain RACI documentation and ensure alignment across stakeholders Support SDLC best practices by ensuring documentation and processes are followed consistently Prepare and distribute status reports for stakeholders and leadership Assist in identifying risks or blockers and escalating appropriately Required Experience 2–5 years of experience in a Project Coordinator or Junior PM role Strong organizational and documentation skills Experience supporting projects within an SDLC or IT delivery environment Familiarity with RAID logs, RACI matrices, and project tracking tools Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and business stakeholders Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar Nice to Have Experience supporting enterprise application or ERP-related projects Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery environments Experience working with distributed or offshore teams Welcome to ConsultNet, a premier national provider of technology talent and solutions.
