OSP Project ManagerPhoenix, Arizona (Onsite/Hybrid)6-Month Contract (Potential for Extension or Full-Time Conversion)$43–55/hr (W2)About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced OSP Project Manager to support a leading fiber optic network provider in a major infrastructure expansion across the Arizona market. This is a high-impact, highly visible role where you will manage the end-to-end construction of a new fiber network, from design through installation and final delivery.You will coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee contractors and field inspectors, and ensure successful execution of underground fiber builds including installation, splicing, testing, and documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end OSP project lifecycle: planning, design, permitting, construction, and installationOversee daily underground fiber construction activities and field reportingLead and manage construction managers, contractors, and OSP field inspectorsEnsure accurate daily production tracking within GIS systemsCoordinate with municipalities, utilities, and local agencies for permits and complianceReview and process contractor invoices aligned with field productionMaintain project schedules, forecasts, and reporting metricsIdentify risks and proactively drive solutionsEnsure quality standards across all phases of constructionMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma required; degree or 3–5 years of relevant experience preferredStrong understanding of fiber construction, ROW, bore drilling, and potholingExperience working with GIS mapping tools and OSP project systemsProficiency with Microsoft OfficeStrong communication, organization, and leadership skillsTeam-oriented mindset with a proactive approachWhat's in it for you?Play a key role in a large-scale fiber network expansionHigh visibility with direct impact on project successOpportunity to lead teams and own full project lifecycleFast-paced, growth-oriented environment EEO Statement:Eight Eleven Group provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, citizenship, disability, genetic information, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, amnesty or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
