Batcher - 2nd Shift

Batcher - 2nd Shift We are currently seeking a Batcher for our Elk Grove Village, Illinois facility. This position will be on 2nd shift which is 2:00pm 10:00pm (CST), Monday through Friday. The pay rate is $17.25 per hour. This person is primarily responsible for blending/mixing pigments to ensure consistent color.Key responsibilities including but not limited to:Accurately read color formula to correctly chose lot number for each color itemAccurately weigh color concentrates / pigments per specified amount of customer orderResourceful in finding needed product within Production DepartmentLabel batches correctlyMaintain the quality standards of a batchesAssist in training of new team membersFollow all company safety rulesMaintain a clean and organized work areaAlways demonstrate the Company's Core ValuesEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
