Wire Transfer Specialist

Team OverviewThe Wiring team processes incoming and outgoing wire transfers across outbound channels. This role sits within a 10 person team split between the East and West Coast, reporting into the operations office under Hiring Manager.Day to Day ResponsibilitiesProcess incoming and outgoing wire transfers accurately and within daily deadlinesReview multiple queues and repair wires that were not sent correctlyMonitor risk queues for status codes, overdraft payments, and duplicate payment flagsEscalate items requiring proper approvals through the appropriate review processSecondary verification on wires before releaseMonitor email for approval requests from relationship managersMaintain a high standard of quality as returned wires are not acceptableRequirements3 to 5 years of experience minimum (open to more)1 to 3 years of wire experience strongly preferredSeries 99 license not requiredStrong attention to detail, ability to manage volume under deadline pressure
