Outside Sales Representative (Bilingual Japanese) – Restaurant & Supermarket Equipment Taiko Enterprises – Gardena, CA Full‑time About Us Taiko Enterprises distributes a wide range of restaurant and supermarket equipment and supplies and also manufactures select electric and gas restaurant equipment. Position Overview We are seeking a bilingual Japanese/English Outside Sales Representative with experience in foodservice, restaurant equipment, or client services. You will support Japanese clients launching or expanding restaurant and supermarket operations in the U.S.Position can advance into a Sales Manager role. Key Responsibilities Manage relationships with Japanese restaurant and supermarket clients Conduct sales visits, presentations, and virtual meetings Coordinate delivery, installation, and equipment setup Provide onsite client support Assist with sourcing, logistics, and product guidance Attend industry events and trade shows Collaborate with internal teams for customer success Provide bilingual communication (Japanese/English) Required Qualifications Business‑level fluency in Japanese and English Experience in outside sales, business development, or client support Knowledge of Japanese business culture Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to travel up to 30% Valid driver’s license Preferred Experience Supporting Japanese clients or working in bilingual environments Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment or supermarket equipment Background in hospitality, retail, or foodservice operations Benefits Competitive base salary + performance‑based commission opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Travel reimbursement Professional growth opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
