Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Richmond, VA. The Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing architectural projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful integration of architectural elements into mission-critical infrastructure. Responsibilities will include leading project management tasks, designing solutions tailored to high-performance requirements, and collaborating with manufacturing partners and engineers throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Expertise in Architecture and Architectural DesignProficiency in Software Development and System IntegrationStrong skills in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and executionAbility to develop innovative, efficient, and scalable architectural solutionsExceptional communication and collaboration skillsExperience in mission-critical or hyperscale infrastructure projects is a plusBachelor’s or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
