Construction Manager

Culver Franchising System, LLC is looking for collaborative, solution-oriented Construction Manager. This position is responsible for facilitating and managing construction and design projects including improvements to existing locations and building new restaurants. They will work with internal and external stakeholders to managing construction schedules, risks, issues and deliverables to optimize outcomes including timeline and budget enabling franchisees and Culver Franchising System to grow successful locations while adding value to the Culver’s brand.If you are someone who:Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related fieldHas 4-6 years experience in managing related commercial construction projects or equivalent combination of education and experienceHas strong project management, negotiation and organizational skills; AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plusHas experience with reading and interpreting civil, architectural, food service and mechanical drawings with extensive knowledge of building construction practicesHas strong verbal and written communication skillsIs willing to travel up to 20% of the time…then we want you to join our team!
