The individual is responsible for overseeing a team that implements and supports performance systems (e.g., MES, CMMS). This includes providing training and developing enterprise-level analytics to deliver actionable insights. Workstreams require a strong background in data, business analysis, and process improvement, along with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate is an analytical problem-solver who can translate business needs into technical requirements.Job LocationThis position is hybrid and located at our corporate office in Atlanta, GA.Job ResponsibilitiesOwn the strategy, configuration, governance, and effectiveness of maintenance and operations systems, including CMMS and MES platforms.Ability to work independently and lead a team to drive projects, adhering to timelines and delivering objectives.Lead OPEX‑aligned system deployments and implementations at site and regional levels, ensuring strong execution from pre‑work through post‑deployment sustainment.Act as the primary point of contact for system performance and adoption, balancing site‑level issue resolution with longer‑term system improvements and roadmap delivery.Partner with operations leadership, business intelligence, and cross‑functional stakeholders to measure outcomes and align systems with operational improvement initiatives.Identify and drive opportunities for automation and workflow optimization to reduce administrative burden and improve usability and adoption.Own financial governance for operational systems, including license strategy, cost optimization, and usage oversight.Develop and maintain standard deployment playbooks, site visit reports, and operational documentation to enable consistency, scalability, and knowledge transfer.Partner with the business and IT to identify opportunities where additional insight/metrics could add valueBuild and enable operational reporting and dashboards, translating system data into actionable insights aligned with operational performance goals.Manage strategic relationships with operational system vendors, acting as the primary business liaison to align product direction, enhancements, and support with operational requirements.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, Analytics, or a related field.Strong understanding of maintenance workflows, operational processes, and OPEX principles within a manufacturing environment.Experience working with CMMS platforms, MES systems, or other production and operations technologies.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to diagnose system, process, and data issues.Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non‑technical teams.Highly organized, self‑directed, and comfortable operating in a role that requires both strategic ownership and hands‑on execution.Advanced data visualization tool knowledge (Tableau)Intermediate SQL skillsFamiliarity with Snowflake and CortexStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office w/ Advanced Excel skills (VBA)Ability to travel domestically up to 25%What CRH Offers YouHighly competitive base payComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programsGroup retirement savings programHealth and wellness programsAn inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotionAbout CRHCRH has a long and proud heritage.
