Whether the goal is to enhance current infrastructure or embark on a new innovative energy project, DEA has the expertise to see it through to completion and deliver a more resilient future.The Substation Practice is seeking a Power Delivery Client Team Leader in Oregon or Washington to grow and lead client relationships within the power delivery market, including transmission, substation, distribution and electrical studies. This role is responsible for client ownership, market growth, and delivery excellence, while actively supporting business development and high-profile projects.The Power Delivery CTL plays a critical role in expanding DEA’s presence with public and investor-owned utilities and ensuring consistent, high-quality client experiences.What You’ll DoKey Responsibilities:Client & Business LeadershipOwn and grow key power delivery client relationshipsLead client teams and cross-business unit collaborationIdentify and pursue new transmission, substation, distribution and power delivery opportunitiesForecast sales, revenue, and staffing needs; manage client profitabilitySupport collections and project recovery effortsBusiness Development & StrategyLead pursuit strategies, go/no-go decisions, and proposal developmentDevelop scopes of work, fee estimates, and contract termsAssess market trends and client needs to guide growth strategyProject LeadershipServe as pursuit champion, Project Manager, or Principal-in-ChargeProvide technical and design leadership to project teamsEnsure adherence to quality, schedule, budget, and contractual requirementsCoordinate with Practice and Group Leaders to align resourcesWhat You BringRequired Qualifications:BS in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical EngineeringProfessional Engineer (PE) license10+ years of experience in power delivery engineering5+ years in a client-facing business development roleExperience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary teamsStrong existing relationships with multiple electric utilities in the Pacific NorthwestPreferred Qualifications15+ years of experienceExperience with public and investor-owned utilities in the western U.S.PMP certificationExperience with EPC or APD delivery modelsWhat We OfferWe foster an environment where talented professionals have the freedom and support to do their most meaningful work.
