StaffMD has a large Mental Health center in Northeast Florida seeking a Psychiatrist to join their team. This position will provide services to their Adult Inpatient program and/or to their Outpatient comprehensive services center. Practice details are as follows: BC/BE in PsychiatryFL license or license eligibleCurrent DEA certificationProvide diagnosis, medication, therapies, interventions and other approved treatment modalities for assigned caseloadAssess patients in psychiatric crisisEnsure each patient has problem-oriented treatment plan with appropriate goals and objectivesParticipate in treatment team meetingsConsult for other staff members providing clinical servicesOutpatient, 1:4 on call InpatientInpatient program:Psychiatric crisis stabilization units for Adult patientsMany patients admitted involuntarily via the Florida Mental Health Act (Baker Act)Average inpatient length of stay is 4-5 daysOutpatient services:Psychiatric evaluationsMedication managementCounseling servicesEmployed positionBase salary of $230,000, Negotiable DOEExcellent benefits packageFlexible schedule and team-oriented atmosphereIf interested, please click Apply Now or send your CV to
