Amazon Connect Developer

Remote position Required Skills & Experience5+ years of software development experience, with hands-on experience with Amazon Connect.Strong knowledge of Amazon Connect architecture and contact center concepts.Hands-on experience developing Amazon Connect Contact Flows and IVR solutions.Strong experience with AWS Lambda and serverless application development.Experience with AWS APIs, SDKs, and REST APIs.Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, Node.js, or JavaScript/TypeScript.Experience integrating Amazon Connect with CRM and enterprise applications.Strong knowledge of JSON, REST APIs, HTTP, and web services.Experience with Amazon Connect Streams, Connect APIs, and AWS SDKs.Experience with DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, API Gateway, and IAM.Understanding of AWS security, IAM roles/policies, encryption, logging, and monitoring.Experience with source control tools such as Git/GitHub/Bitbucket.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
