Salesforce SME Subject Matter Expert

Salesforce SMEWe are seeking a Sr. Salesforce expert to provide overarching consultation and serve as the technical lead for all requirements under this Task Order. Responsibilities: Manage an Azure DevOps environment to support a Continuous Implementation/Continuous Development (CI/CD) effort for Salesforce and MS platforms, such as Power BI and SharePoint. Monitor system health using network management tools. Make recommendations for process improvement provided through TRB or CAB. This includes recommendations and implementation of Salesforce functionalities, such as an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform for the enterprise using source code and APIs. Record and track all issues in the ITSM ticket system. Provide monthly updates in the monthly status report. Qualifications: MA/MS in a technical discipline with at least 15 years of relevant experience. Salesforce Technical Architect Certification 10+ years of federal contracting experience Information Assurance Technician (IAT) III Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
