You are ambitious in finding solutions and a supportive team member.What You’ll Do: Analyze sales reports to determine the needs of the businessCommunicate opportunities, including, but not limited to strategies to drive sales, stock needs, and technology innovationMaintain Field and District alignments across all platformsManage all staffing incentive payoutsDevelop clear, consistent, timely, and effective methods of communication with MK Corporate and Retail Development field teams on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and seasonal basis via email, phone calls, virtual and in-personEstablish and maintain effective relationships with Retail Partners, MK Corporate and Retail Development field teamsMaintain and communicate all store and employee tracking documentsPartner with Retail Development, Sales, and Planning teams for all Retail Partner presentationsFacilitate all weekly conference calls and additional Retail Development and MK Corporate touch bases and meetings.Control travel expenses, continually striving to reduce costs by adhering to Travel and Expense policy and procedureControl Retail Development departmental expenses, continually striving to reduce costsManage Clothing Allotment process partnering with Sales, HR, and Customer Service as neededPartner with Supervisor to design and implement processes and procedures, increasing overall efficiencyMaintain Retail Partner staffing lists and ensure chargebacks are accurately invoiced and executedEnsure all new hires are set up with necessary materials and log-insPartner with Supervisor on new technology and systems initiativesMaintain Retail Development website communications, keeping information current and conveying major updatesManage floor plan receipt process from Retail Partners and site surveys process from RD field team for shop-in-shopsIn partnership with supervisor, manage maintenance communications with Store Design and corresponding budgetsManage shop remodel and fixture roll-out process in partnership with supervisor and store design teamYou’ll Need to Have:Bachelors or Associates DegreeMinimum 2+ years of related retail experienceExcellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and follow-up skills: email, phone, etc.Proficiency in computer softwareAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsTraining experienceWe’d Love to See:The ability to think strategically, drive results and build a high-performance organizationProven ability to be strategic and tactical in a demanding, fast-paced environment.Entrepreneurial, out of the box thinkerMK Perks: Generous Paid Time Off & Holiday CalendarSummer FridaysInternal Mobility Across BrandsCross-brand DiscountExclusive Employee SalesFav 5 Cards (MK Discount for friends and family)401k MatchPaid Parental LeaveThrive Wellness ProgramCommuter BenefitsGym DiscountsThe Company is an equal employment opportunity employer.
