Bespoke Insurance Solutions: Ignite Partners.About the roleThe Quality Assurance Analyst supports development initiatives by owning and leading quality assurance implementation. This role is responsible for designing test cases, organizing project testing, and tracking and reporting testing outcomes to ensure quality is applied consistently across the product development lifecycle.The QA Analyst partners closely with business, development, and data teams to translate requirements into a clear, executable test strategy, supported by repeatable and consistent test cases, and provides transparency into testing progress, risks, and results to support informed delivery and release decisions.What you'll doOwn and lead QA activities for strategic projects, ensuring quality is integrated throughout the development lifecycleDefine and maintain test strategy for strategic development initiatives in alignment with requirements, risk, and delivery timelinesApply an established QA framework to plan, organize, execute, and manage project-level testingDesign, document, and maintain repeatable and consistent test cases based on business requirements and acceptance criteriaOrganize project testing by defining test scope, sequencing, coverage, and entry/exit criteriaExecute test cases consistently to validate functionality, data integrity, and expected system behaviorTrack and report testing progress, coverage, and outcomes, including defects, risks, and readinessEnsure defects are clearly documented, reproducible, and traceable through resolution in designated systemsPartner with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements, testing scope, and expected outcomesPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in data science, computer science, information systems, computer engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experienceKnowledge about leading software tools and technologies including test automationLife and/or Annuity Insurance experienceExperience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentExperience with Waterfall and Agile development methodology and conceptsQA Analyst experienceSalary InformationThe pay range for this role is: 80,000 - 115,000 USD per year (Rosemont)J-18808-Ljbffr
