Profiels is hiring an Email Marketing Specialist for a financial client on a fully remote (MUST live in PDT), 6-month contract to perm opportunitySummary: We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our client's team on a part-time basis, with strong potential to grow into a full-time, permanent position. You will be responsible for designing and deploying daily email campaigns to audiences across three states, working from copy provided by our internal team.This is a fast-moving role - we need someone who can hit the ground running immediately. There is no ramp-up or coaching period, so prior hands-on experience is essential.Responsibilities: Design and send daily email campaigns to audiences across three statesWork from the copy provided internally to build polished, on-brand emailsCreate visual assets, including banners and sized images as neededWork within and adapt existing email templates, and create new ones when requiredManage end-to-end email production independently with minimal oversightQualifications: Hands-on experience with Stripo, Mailchimp, or similar email marketing platforms1–3 years of design experience, including proficiency with Canva, Adobe Suite, or IllustratorAbility to size and produce images and banners without support from a dedicated designerStrong self-sufficiency — able to manage your own workflow and meet daily deadlinesNo need for coaching or onboarding support; immediate contribution is expectedPerks:Exposure to a wide range of brands and visual systems across multiple organizationsClear creative direction with established brand guidelines and existing design examplesFlexible work structure with a strong focus on deliverables rather than hoursLimited meetings, allowing for focused, heads-down design work
