SUMMARY: Founded in 2021 by a team of serial entrepreneurs with experience bringing commercial products to market, Xtremis LLC (Xtremis) has developed a novel Platform As A Service (PAAS) solution called Spectrum Exchange that leverages advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI), data science, and automation technologies to enable the real-time optimization and monetization of spectrum as a commodity through the mobilization of highly differentiated IP, early adopter US and international government customers, emerging regulatory frameworks, and key partnerships with industry. Spectrum Exchange is a container-based appliance delivered to customers as a cloud application or to be deployed as a private cloud deployment. In this role, you will contribute as part of the development team, to ensuring that the deployment of Spectrum Exchange is seamless for our private cloud customers. This includes using tools and developing scripted/automated processes that enable no-friction deployment and update of Spectrum Exchange for our customers as well as refining the monitoring, alerting, and dataloging from Spectrum Exchange to give our customers and their DevSecOps teams the visibility they need to maintain their Spectrum Exchange instance. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES: · Develop, refine, and maintain the Kubernetes-deployed version of Spectrum Exchange · Work with the rest of the developer team to ensure that Spectrum Exchange meets the highest levels of code quality with comprehensive test coverage SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: · Experience working on open-source projects · Strong expertise in DevOps and CI/CD implementation · Thorough knowledge of cloud-native development · Experience with container technologies like Docker · Familiarity with Agile development methodologies · Experience implementing and maintaining elastically scalable applications · Understanding of microservice design and architectural patterns · Expertise in Linux, Ansible or other orchestration framework, Python · Knowledge of databases · Self starter capable of being productive in a geographically distributed team EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & CERTIFICATIONS: · U.S. Citizenship required · BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field · 5+ years of proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or similar role · At least 2 years of experience working with Kubernetes and Docker · Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $135,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Relocation assistance Schedule: Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Fayetteville, AR: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required) Application Question(s): Are you a U.S. Citizen?
