Senior Project Manager

Description: Hoffman Weber Construction is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver profitable, high-quality exterior construction projects. In this role, you’ll be the primary driver of project success—owning timelines, budgets, quality, and customer satisfaction from pre-construction through close-out. You’ll manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate with homeowners and subcontractors, lead field crews, problem-solve in real time, and ensure every job meets our standards of safety, accuracy, and exceptional craftsmanship. Requirements: What You'll Do Project Leadership Oversee all phases of exterior construction projects from start to finish. Lead crews, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep work on schedule and within budget. Conduct pre-construction walkthroughs, verify scopes, and document site conditions. Jobsite Oversight & Safety Perform safety inspections with crew foremen at project kickoff. Enforce jobsite cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance with company procedures. Address hazards and corrective actions immediately. Daily Project Execution Perform daily or every-other-day jobsite check-ins. Ensure materials are accurate, delivered on time, and being used correctly. Coordinate trade sequencing and maintain proactive communication with customers. Upload progress photos and documentation throughout the job lifecycle. Quality Control & Close-Out Conduct detailed quality-control inspections and ensure punch list completion. Coordinate dumpsters, permits, returns, and city inspections. Walk completed jobs with customers and ensure they’re fully satisfied. Submit all documentation and notify leadership when jobs are complete. What You Bring 2+ years of exterior construction or project management experience (multi-trade experience highly valued) Strong knowledge of roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and exterior systems Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and face-to-face Ability to confidently lead crews and manage subcontractors Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make independent decisions Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Valid driver’s license Ability to lift 50 lbs. and safely climb ladders Work Environment Full-time exempt role (some evenings/weekends during peak season) Indoor/outdoor work in varying weather conditions Fast-paced, hands-on construction environment
