Math Instructor

Position Overview: SouthTech Preparatory Academy is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Middle School Math Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching mathematics and a commitment to helping students develop critical thinking skills and a strong foundation in math. Job Responsibilities: Plan, develop, and deliver engaging math lessons aligned with Florida State standards. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student learning and growth. Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents. Participate in school events, professional development, and faculty meetings. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field. Valid Florida Teaching Certification for Middle School Mathematics 5-9 or 6-12. Strong understanding of middle school math concepts. Prior teaching experience at the middle school level is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply. Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience and education.
